Range Officer & Club Instructor

Once completed, these courses will provide you with qualifications including Range Safety Officer, Range Conducting Officer, MLAGB Range Officer and Club Instructor.

Range Safety Officer (RSO)

The NRA Range Safety Officer’s Course (RSO) is intended for club shooters of all levels of experience, who may not have had any formal training in the practical aspects of running ranges.

Range Conducting Officer (RCO)

The NRA Range Conducting Officer’s Course (RCO) is intended for suitable club members to gain the qualification necessary to allow them to sign for and run a Ministry of Defence (MoD) range.

Club Instructor

This course is designed to provide experienced club members with the qualification that they need to be able to officially train new and existing shooters within their own clubs.

MLAGB Range Officer Endorsement

This course is designed to teach how to manage a range that includes muzzle loading fireams. Attendees are expected to have a good knowledge of all muzzle loading disciplines.

High Muzzle Energy Endorsement

This half day course grants successful candidates the ability to RO the zeroing of High Muzzle Energy firearms.
