CCF Schools Target Rifle Programme: Led by CCRS, in partnership with the NRA
The core element of the CCF Schools Meeting is the competitions for the L81A2 Cadet Target Rifle (CTR) with issued Parker Hale sights. This concludes with the Ashburton Shield on Thursday 17th July

- Monday 14th: Practice Day: Cadet Monday 300, 500 and 600 yards
- Tuesday 15th: Wellington, Iveagh, Victoria Tankard
- Wednesday 16th: Wellington, Iveagh, Victoria Tankard
- Thursday 17th: Ashburton, Cadet Pairs, Cadet Fours, Reserve, Spencer Mellish, Schools Veterans
Additional Competitions: Led by NRA, with support from the British Young Shooters Association
These competitions use issued NRA firearms and ammunition, enabling cadets eligible to shoot in the Ashburton the opportunity to compete in a wider variety of shooting

🚩Cadet 1K: 1+5 at 1100x using NRA firearms
- Monday: 2.30-6.30pm, Tuesday: 2-5pm
- 15 minutes per cadet
- Entry Fee: To be confirmed: to include rifle usage, ammunition and instructor
- FREE team entry for every 4 cadets entered
🥏Cadet Clays: Sporting Trap Competition: Open to Cadets who are competent with a shotgun and clay shooting. Cadets without this level of experience are not permitted to enter, and are requested to enter the 'Taster Session' below
- A sport trap competition is carried out over five stands where shooters engage targets that are identified by a letter which is shot in a prescribed sequence on each stand. Once each shooter has completed their stand, they then move to the right and then engage the same targets from a different direction and in a different sequence
- Monday - Wednesday: 6-8pm
- 20 minutes per cadet

- FREE team entry for every 4 cadets entered
🥏Cadet Clays: Taster Session: Designed for cadets who have limited or no clay shooting experience
- Monday - Wednesday: 6-8pm
- 20 minutes per cadet

🎯Cadet Gallery Rifle (GRSB): Advancing Target using NRA firearms
- Monday - Wednesday: 6-8pm
- 15 minutes per cadet

🏰Cadet McQueen: McQueen A: Issued NRA firearm
- Monday - Tuesday: 5.30-8pm
- 15 minutes per cadet
