CCF Schools Target Rifle Programme: Led by CCRS in partnership with the NRA
The Meeting is comprised of the core competitions for the L81A2 Cadet Target Rifle (CTR) with issued Parker Hale sights. This concludes with the Ashburton Shield on Thursday 18th July

- Monday 15th: Practice Day: Cadet Monday 300, 500 and 600 yards
- Tuesday 16th: Wellington, Iveagh, Victoria Tankard
- Wednesday 17th: Wellington, Iveagh, Victoria Tankard
- Thursday 18th: Ashburton, Cadet Pairs, Cadet Fours, Reserve, Spencer Mellish, Schools Veterans (To enter the Schools Veterans please visit the TR Team Page)
Additional Competitions: Led by NRA, with support from the British Young Shooters Association
These competitions use issued NRA firearms and ammunition, enabling cadets eligible to shoot in the Ashburton the opportunity to compete in a wider variety of shooting

🚩Cadet 1K: 1+5 at 1100x using NRA firearms
- Monday 15th 2.30-6.30pm, Tuesday 16th July, 2-5pm
- 15 minutes per cadet
- Entry Fee: £13.50 to include rifle usage, ammunition and instructor
- FREE team entry for every 4 cadets entered
🥏Cadet Clays: Sporting Trap Competition: Open to Cadets who are competent with a shotgun and clay shooting. Cadets without this level of experience are not permitted to enter, and are requested to enter the 'Taster Session' below
- A sport trap competition is carried out over five stands where shooters engage targets that are identified by a letter which is shot in a prescribed sequence on each stand. Once each shooter has completed their stand, they then move to the right and then engage the same targets from a different direction and in a different sequence
- Monday 15th - Wednesday 17th July, 6-8pm
- 20 minutes per cadet
- Entry Fee: £14.00 to include firearm usage, ammunition and instructor
- FREE team entry for every 4 cadets entered
🥏Cadet Clays: Taster Session: Designed for cadets who just wish to give clay shooting a go
- Monday 15th - Wednesday 17th July, 6-8pm
- 20 minutes per cadet
- Entry Fee: £8.00 to include firearm usage, ammunition and instructor
🎯Cadet Gallery Rifle (GRSB): Advancing Target using NRA firearms

- 15 minutes per cadet
- Entry Fee: £6.00 to include firearm usage, ammunition and instructor
- FREE team entry for every 4 cadets entered
